It is versatile variety that pairs well with nibbles and starters, spicy foods, duck or turkey, red meat, and fruity desserts.

A uniquely Australian wine style, blending Shiraz fruitiness and mild tannins with zingy bubbles. Sparkling Shiraz is best served lightly chilled.
