Bright deep pink in colour, this sparkling wine opens with aromas of fresh tropical fruit and ripe red berries, with a natural effervescence. The palate is soft and luscious, with an intense blend of exotic fruit flavours. It has some mild sweetness that is balanced by crisp acidity on the finish.

This sparkling rose is made from a blend of several grape varieties from the south-eastern states, to achieve the winemaker's desired style of an easy drinking wine. It is made from predominantly Frontignac (also known as Moscato) and Colombard. Pinot Noir adds the rosy-pink colour. And a little Muscat and Gerwurztraminer is blended to add mild sweetness.
