The 2011 vintage is a superior wine to previous years, with a true varietal style.

Blended from grapes from several premium winemaking regions in South Australia, this Shiraz is deep red in colour with some purple hues. It has aromas of ripe plum and cherry fruit, with hints of mint and toasty oak. The soft juicy palate has flavours of plum, blackberry and spice, balanced by fine supple oak tannins on the finish.
