Coonawarra 2009 Cabernet Merlot: This superb Cabernet Merlot blend is deep red in colour with a purple tinge. It opens with aromas of blackberry, violets and herbaceous hints.The palate blends typical Coonawarra Cabernet, with flavours of blackcurrant, plum and blackberry, complemented by the lush texture of soft Merlot, with hints of violet, plum and chocolate. McLaren Vale 2010 Shiraz: This superb McLaren Vale Shiraz is one of our best red wines. Bright ruby-red in colour with fruit-filled aromas. The mouthfilling palate has generous berry flavours, sweet oak tannins and a smooth finish. Perfect to drink now, or will improve with cellaring.
