Biodynamics are an advanced method of organic farming that is chemical free and produces healthier food and a healthier environment. Developed by Rudolf Steiner in 1924, biodynamics uses land management practices in harmony with nature to develop and maintain the soil which then feeds and cares for the plants in a natural manner.

The right to use the international 'DEMETER' trademark, named after the Goddess of the harvest and fertility, is only granted to foods grown through an approved biodynamic method. Foods and wines bearing it are accepted to be of the highest quality and you can be confident that the produce has been grown without chemicals, pesticides or herbicides and is 100% biodynamic.

This organic wine is a fresh dry white, with lovely floral aromas, plenty of tropical fruit and citrus flavours, and just a hint of lingering sweetness.

It is a non-vintage blend of several grape varieties, including Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc.

Perfect with seafood and poultry, spicy dishes and pasta, and soft cheeses.
