- Barossa Valley 2010 Merlot : Vibrant red berry fruit aromas, generous sweet plummy fruit with hints of licorice and mint backed up with soft tannins and a smooth lingering finish.
- Coonawarra 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon : Rich limestone soils add body and structure to Coonawarra's famous Cabernet. Rich deep colour, ripe flavours, soft oak and a smooth finish.
- King Valley 2006 Cabernet Merlot : Made from cool-climate fruit from northern Victoria. It has incredible intense blackcurrant aromas and a full rich ripe palate of berries and plums.
- McLaren Vale 2008 Shiraz  : Bright ruby-red in colour with fruit-filled aromas. The mouthfilling palate has generous berry flavours, sweet oak tannins and a smooth finish.

WHITE WINE:
- Riverland NV Semillon Chardonnay : This luscious Semillon Chardonnay has aromas of ripe peaches and a light clean palate with abundant sweet fruit flavours.
- Riverland 2009 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc : This delightful white blend is pale straw in colour with floral and fruity aromas, and a delicious blend of soft fruit and slight dryness on the finish.
- Main Ridge Mornington 2006 Chardonnay : The north-facing vineyard near Main Ridge on the Mornington Penuinsula in coastal Victoria produces fully-ripened grapes with abundant flavour. The wine is full-flavoured, with soft careful use of oak.
- Barossa Valley 2009 Riesling : Full of ripe, zesty fruit aromas, which follow through onto the palate with fresh lime flavours and tangy acidity, and a crisp dry finish.
- Margaret River 2010 Sauvignon Blanc : This Sav Blanc has a little Semillon blended to add character and depth of flavour. It has delightful fresh ripe fruity aromas and flavours and a zesty crisp dry finish.

SPARKLING WINE:
- McLaren Vale NV Sparkling Brut : A blend of several white grape varieties. Vibrant fruit on the palate balanced by crisp dryness on the finish. The perfect way to toast a special occasion!
- King Valley Sparkling Brut Pinot Noir : Made by a small family-run winery from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, as is used to make French Champagne. It has a luscious creamy palate with some biscuity overtones, extremely fine, lasting bubbles, and a crisp dry finish.
