We use specialised wine delivery services to deliver our wines to your home, office, PO Box, or to the nearest Australia Post Office. This service is extremely efficient and safe - in most cases we use the Australia Post Wine Delivery Service.

We process and pack your orders within 1-3 business days, depending on our workload. November and December is our busiest time of year.

Delivery can take between 2 and 17 business days, depending on delivery location, time of year, and the workload of both us and Australia Post's delivery network.

Typical delivery times are:

Melbourne and Country Victoria : Between 2 and 4 business days

Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane : Between 3 and 6 business days

Perth, Country NSW, Country SA and Southern QLD : Between 4 and 7 business days

Country WA, Northern Territory, Tasmania and northern QLD : Between 7 and 15 business days*

If you choose to have goods delivered to your home and you are out when the delivery is attempted, a card will be placed in your letterbox that will refer you to your local Post Office to collect the goods. The post office will keep your parcel until you are able to collect them (they will be held for a maximum of 14 days).

* Delivery to Northern Territory and northern WA:
Please note, as of March 1st 2009, we can no longer deliver wine for our standard delivery fee, due to rising petrol and delivery costs, to the following postcodes:
NT: 0800 - 0999
WA: 6215 - 6699, 6700 - 6799
